  MARCIA MILBY RIDINGS

Marcia Milby Ridings received her B.A. Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown College in 1970 and her Masters in Education from the University of Kentucky in 1973. She received her Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Kentucky in 1976. She is admitted to practice in the Kentucky Bar as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. She was a member of the Board of Governors of the Kentucky Bar Association from 1985 through 1997, was Vice President in 1993 and was President of the Kentucky Bar in 1995. She is also a member of the House of Delegates of the American Bar Association. In 2006, she was named Kentucky’s Outstanding Lawyer by the Kentucky Bar Association. Her practice areas of emphasis include insurance defense, civil litigation, employment law, medical negligence and legal malpractice.

 
 

  JAMES A. RIDINGS

James A. Ridings received his B.S. Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown College in 1971 where he was president of the college’s business fraternity and served as a legislative intern in Frankfort, Kentucky for the Kentucky General Assembly. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky in 1974 and was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 1974. Mr. Ridings is admitted to the Kentucky Bar as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit. Mr. Ridings is peer rated as distinguished by the Martindale Hubbel peer review rating system. His areas of practice include civil, commercial, and real estate litigation, real estate transactions, probate practice and procedure, wills and estates, and insurance defense litigation.

 
 

  R. AARON HOSTETTLER

R. Aaron Hostettler received his B.S. Summa Cum Laude from Georgetown College in 1994. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville School of Law in 1997 graduating with honors and being named to the Dean’s List all three years. He was a member of the Journal of Law and Education. He was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 1997 and is admitted to the United States District Courts for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and to the United States Bankruptcy Courts for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky. He is also admitted to practice in the United States 6th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Hostettler focuses his practice upon commercial litigation, business litigation, foreclosures, debtor/creditor law, real estate, collections, and bankruptcy. His representative clients include Regions Bank, The First National Bank of Manchester, First Citizens Bank, Cumberland Valley National Bank, Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Clayton Homes, Radioshack, Lumber King, Land O’Lakes Purina, Tax Ease Lien Servicing, and many other commercial and banking entities.

James Milby Ridings received his B.S. from Vanderbilt University in 2003. He received his Juris Doctor from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2007 where he graduated Cum Laude. He was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 2007. Mr. Ridings’ areas of practice include insurance defense, civil litigation, and personal injury.

 
 

KELLY KIRBY RIDINGS

Kelly Kirby Ridings graduated cum laude from the University of Kentucky in 2003. She received her Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law in 2007. Ms. Ridings was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 2007. She is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky as well as the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Ridings focuses her practice on family law as well as criminal defense in state and federal courts. Ms. Ridings currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Kentucky Bar Foundation as well as the Executive Committee for the Kentucky Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division. Ms. Ridings has been selected as a Top 10 Attorney by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys for 2017 and 2018.

 
 

KELSEY LEE BRYANT

Kelsey Bryant received her Bachelor of Science Summa Cum Laude from the University of Kentucky in 2016. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2019, where she served as a member of the Kentucky Law Journal. She was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 2019 and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky as well as the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Before joining the firm, Ms. Bryant served as a law clerk for the Honorable Gregory F. Van Tatenhove at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky and the Honorable Eugene E. Siler, Jr. at the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Ms. Bryant focuses her practice on civil litigation, insurance defense, criminal defense, business and commercial law, and appellate advocacy. She currently serves on the Executive Committee for the Kentucky Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division.
